Beautiful three Bedroom Villa with its own private pool, games room & poolside cinema. Less than 20 minutes drive to Disney and other major attractions this property really is an ideal base for a visit to Orlando. Visit the parks or shopping outlets by day then relax in your own private pool by night, or just sit around the private pool for a relaxing down day. This comfortable and spacious fully air-conditioned property offers three bedrooms, The master with king-size bed, (UK Superking) and en-suite bathroom with rainfall shower. A second queen-sized bedroom, (UK King) with en-suite wc leading out onto the pool deck and a spacious twin with 2 single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room that can be booked at as additional charge of $25. This must be booked in advance. The living area offers comfortable sofas for relaxing and catching up with the large wall-mounted TV, with streaming availability and basic live TV The large, fully equipped kitchen has everything that you need to cater for a whole family meal, with ample storage for a full weeks shopping! The kitchen has a breakfast nook, with coffee table for 4, which is ideal for the peaceful morning coffee! A separate dining area with large family dining table and chairs is a great place to enjoy family meals. The property also offers a games room with pool table, darts and basketball game + a selection of board games, puzzles and books, covered heated pool with spacious sun deck, poolside loungers and deck furniture, providing lots of outdoor space for pool days and relaxing evenings. Inside the villa you will find: 3 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms Fully Equipped Kitchen Games Room Private Screened Pool Poolside Cinema Screen Patio with Outdoor Furniture and Spacious Deck Full Size Washer/Dryer Wireless Internet Dishwasher Central Air Towels and Bed Linens The Pool can be heated at an addition charge of $25 dollars a day and can only be booked for the entire length of your stay. Parking is on the driveway at the front of the property and is big enough for 2 vehicles. extra vehicles can easily be parked on street. The Property has CCTV cameras located on the outside areas.

Excellent location and comfortable Positive: Location was excellent. Games room was great. Pool was lovely and warm Negative: Front door can be problematic to close if not held properly. Couldn’t get projector work. Bottom of pool rough on feet. Slightly dated. Patio door was not as secure was we would like.

Super vakantie Positive: Wat een fantastische villa. Dicht bij de Disney parken en een stukje verderop Seaworld en Universal Studio's. Villa is van alle dingen die je (standaard) thuis hebt voorzien. Onze dochter vond de gameroom en het (verwarmde) zwembad fantastisch Wij hadden als extra optie (tegen betaling) voor zwembad verwarming. Dit was niet geheel overbodig in november. Supermarkt, restaurants zitten vlakbij. Wij hebben een super vakantie gehad.

Our Amazing family Vay-Cay! Positive: The property was amazing, so close to all the parks. Easy to find as well. The property was clean and tidy.

We have stayed at a few VRBO places around Orlando and this one is a hidden gem. The house was so welcoming and made us feel at home. We all enjoyed the warm pool and the game room. The beds were very comfortable, for great nights of sleep. We definitely recommend this house. Just don’t book on the dates we want!

Der Pool war groß genug die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert. Die Küche hat seinen Dienst getan die Betten waren weich, das Bad war sauber.

Perfect place to spend our Florida vacation! Positive: The accommodations were so comfortable for our family of 5. There was plenty of space and the pool was so nice to relax in on days we weren’t out being tourists. the neighborhood is nice and easy to navigate. There are also tons of stores and restaurants close by. Negative: Nothing! It was fantastic!!
